摘要
主要利用ASA(Advanced Semiconductor Analysis)光学模拟软件对硅基薄膜太阳电池光学行为进行了模拟研究,利用玻璃衬底引入有绒界面,减薄TCO厚度,玻璃表面和TCO/P界面增加抗反射层等光学优化方法对硅基薄膜太阳电池光学行为进行优化,以进一步提高硅基薄膜太阳电池的转换效率。
ASA(Advanced Semiconductor Analysis)software was used to simulate the optical behavior of the silicon-based thin film(STF) solar cells.Several optimized methods such as the two sides hazed glass,the thickness reduced TCO layer,adding the anti-reflection layer on the surface of the glass and the interface of the TCO/P were used to optimize the optical behavior of the STF solar cells,which increased the conversion of the STF solar cells.
