摘要
设计了一种基于交流比例法的蓄电池内阻测试仪。在深入分析影响测试精度的噪声干扰基础上,提出采用前置放大器、锁定放大器和双积分AD转换器等技术措施对噪声干扰进行抑制,并进行了相关实验验证。实验结果表明,采用文中所提噪声抑制措施可有效提高微弱信号检测中的信噪比和分辨率,实现蓄电池内阻的精确测量。
In this paper,one kind of battery internal resistance measuring instrument was designed based on AC proportion method.By analysis of noise that impacted on measurement accuracy,some technical measures,such as preamplifier,lock-in amplifier and double integration AD converter,were used to suppress noise and some experiments also have been done.The experiment results show that the noise suppression methods proposed in the paper can effectively increase signal-to-noise ratio and resolution ratio in weak signal detection and achieve accurate measuring of battery internal resistance.
