普通预拌砂浆专用水泥与新型墙材黏结强度试验方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 普通预拌砂浆专用水泥是在预拌砂浆和砌筑水泥基础上研制的新型水泥,其能明显降低预拌砂浆的生产能耗和成本。配合广东省地方标准的编制,参考JGJ/T220-2010中拉伸“黏结强度试验方法”,提出普通预拌砂浆专用水泥与新型墙体材料拉伸黏结强度试验方法,并采用灰砂砖和加气混凝土砌块进行了试验研究。结果表明:与加气混凝土砌块相比,采用灰砂砖作为基底能够更好的反映不同保水率的水泥与新型墙体材料黏结强度的差异。建议的试验方法是:以灰砂砖作为基底,制备10-12mm厚水泥胶砂抹灰层,一组6块灰砂砖,干燥龄期取14d,每块灰砂砖上钻取—个试佯进行黏结强度测试,水泥与灰砂砖的拉伸黏结强度合格标准可取不低于0.15MPa。 The common readymixed mortar cement is a new type cement based on readymixed mortar and masonry cement,which can markedly reduce the energy consumption and the cost of readymixed mogarYor the preparation of standard of Guangdong Province, an exper imental method of tensile bond strength of common readymixed mortar cement and new walling materials was put forward on the base often sile bond strength experiment in Standard JGJ/T 220-2010,and the autoclaved limesand bricks and autoclaved aerated concrete blocks were used as the bases to be studied.The results as following:compared with autoclaved aerated concrete blocks,the autoclaved limesand bricks could differentiate the tensile bond strength of cement with different water retention agents and new walling materials.Suggested experimental method was :rendered six autoclaved limesand bricks with 10 mm to 12 mm cement mortar and tested a sample on each autoclaved limesand brick after a dry curing of 14 days,the qualified tensile bond strength of cement and autoclaved limesand brick was not less than 0. 15 MP3.
