摘要
通过工程实例介绍超长超厚钢筋混凝土结构采用后浇膨胀加强带代替后浇带的设计、施工技术难点,说明在设计理论指导下通过严格施工是可以实现污水处理厂生物池大体积混凝土无缝施工的,在工程质量得到保证的前提下,结构施工提前工期30 d,且无任何安全事故发生,还具有良好的防冻防渗效果。
Through the practical engineering examples long super thick reinforced concrete structure using the pouring expansion strengthening belt instead of the pouring belt of the design, construction technology difficulty, showed that the design theory guidance through the strict construction could be realize the sewage treatment plant biological pool of mass concrete of seamless construction, in the engineering quality guaranteed, under the premise of structure construction period 30 days in advance, and without any safety accidents, and also good for anti-seepage effect.
