摘要
针对某型轿车前保险杠曲面的结构特点,提出了一种基于CATIA V5的快速建模与曲面质量评价方法。该方法首先将前保险杠划分为主特征和附件特征,然后应用CATIA V5提供的多工作台混合建模功能,创建了轿车前保险杠的三维数字化模型,最后结合A级曲面的定义与评价标准,应用多种曲面质量分析方法对前保险杠曲面质量进行了评价。结果表明:该轿车前保险杠曲面达到了A级曲面的各项要求,进而可为后续的轿车前保险杠系列化与优化设计提供可靠的理论依据。
In view of the structural features of car front bumper, a method based on CATIA V5 for rapid modeling and surface quality evaluating is proposed. This method first divides the front bumper into main feature and attached feature, and then creates the 3D digital model of car front bumper by adopting the compositive modeling function via multiple working platforms of CATIA V5, finally combines the definition of Class A surface and its evaluation criteria, a variety of surface quality evaluating methods have been discussed. The result shows that the model of the car front bumper complies with the standards of Class A surface, and it will provide reliable theoretical evidence for the subsequent series and optimization design of car front bumper.
