摘要
点火线圈的装配是点火线圈生产过程中的重要一环,而点火线圈装配技术在国内发展迟缓,装配设备落后,严重制约点火线圈的批量生产,影响了点火线圈的质量。因此,设计一套点火线圈装配设备,对提高点火线圈的质量和装配效率有着重大的现实意义。首先根据某型号汽车点火线圈中的初、次级线圈、壳体的特征和设计要求,提出了装配系统的方案并进行了结构设计。其次,对重要部件建立刚柔耦合模型,利用ADAMS参数化分析中的设计研究方法,对装配过程中装配机构的下压力进行动力学分析,得出最佳下压力数值。利用ANSYS中对线圈施加最优下压力时的动载荷进行应力应变分析,得出线圈的最大应力应变点,校核了线圈骨架的强度。
The ignition coil assembly is an important part of production process, but the assembly teelmology was developed slowly and the assembly of equipment was dropped behind in domestic, whieh badly constrained on the ignition coil production and affected the quality. Therefore, designing a set of ignition coil assembly equipment is of great significance to improve the quality and efl'iciencv. Assembly system principle program on model of ignition coil was proposed after analysis of the first, second coils, shell and design requirements. The rigid and flexible model for the important eumponents was estaHished, and the optimal design was got under pressure through dynamic analysis which used the design study of ADAMS. Imposed on lhe coil dynamic load getting from ADAMS in ANSYS, the greatest stress and strain was calculated and the strength of the coil was checked.
