2,4-滴丁酯抗性细菌巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)的分离和鉴定 被引量:5

摘要 从某生产2,4-滴丁酯的农药厂排污口采集污泥样品,驯化分离得到16株能够以2,4-滴丁酯为唯一碳源和能源生长的细菌,其中1个菌株T1对2,4-滴丁酯的抗性最强,可生长的最高浓度达到5 000mg/L。根据其形态特征、生理生化特性、16S rRNA序列分析,初步鉴定T1为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)。 Using the high pressure enrichment method, 16 bacteria strains which could utilize 2,4-D butyl ester as sole carbon source were screened and isolated from soil of sewage discharge outlet at 2,4-D butyl ester insecticide factory. One of these strains T1 could endure 5000mg/L 2,4-D butyl ester. Based on its morphological ,physiological and biochemical properties as well as the 16S rRNA sequence analysis result, T1 was tentatively identified as Bacillus megaterium.
