摘要
针对多绳摩擦提升机摩擦衬垫的温升现象,利用ANSYS软件对摩擦衬垫的温度场分布进行模拟,并在摩擦衬垫试验机的测试台上,对摩擦衬垫的温度变化情况进行试验。结果表明,传递到衬垫的摩擦热绝大部分集中在位于衬垫摩擦表面附近的薄层内。
In view of the temperature rise of friction liner of multi-rope friction hoists, ANSYS software was applied to simulate the temperature field of the friction liner. And then, the temperature variation of the fi'iction liner was tested on the test-bench of the friction liner. The results showed that the friction caloric delivering to liners mostly concentrated in the shallow layer near to surface of the friction liner.
