摘要
对磨机的磨矿原理和离散元法进行了简要的介绍,然后利用离散元软件EDEM分别对半自磨机、球磨机和棒磨机稳定运行后的磨介和矿料的相互运动状况进行了计算。通过分析磨介的运动轨迹来判断磨机衬板及提升条的设计是否合适,为磨机衬板形状设计提供了一种新的思路。
After introducing the operating principle of the grinding mill and the discrete element method (DEM), EDEM software was applied to calculate the mutual motion of grinding media and mill charge in SAG mill, ball mill and rod mill separately. Through analysis of motion trajectory of grinding media, whether the liner and lifter were designed reasonably could be checked, which offered a new idea for profile design of the mill liner.
