摘要
通过对φ3.6m×6.0m球磨机各球层动球抛落点的切向分速度及其对定球的相对速度和动能进行具体计算,证明了切向分速度产生的动能一部分反馈给了筒体,而其相对速度产生的动能则是对矿物进行研磨的主要动力源。本文的分析结果可为今后进一步研究提供理论参考。
The tangential velocity at dropping points of moving steel balls in each layer in a 43.6 m × 6.0 m ball mill as well as the kinetic energy and the relative velocity of stationary steel balls were calculated. The calculation results demonstrated that part of kinetic energy resulting from tangential velocity transferred to the mill drum, and the kinetic energy resulting from relative velocity was the power source for mineral grinding. The analysis results offered theoretical references for further study.
