轴类及其他零件下注铸锭工艺的研究与实践

Research and practice on bottom casting process of spindle and other parts

摘要 为了分析锻造钢锭下注铸锭法对钢锭质量的影响,对其浇注前后的渣样进行对比,并对浇注系统耐火砖成分的变化等实测数据进行分析,得出了下注铸锭法浇注系统对钢水质量影响较小的工艺,说明了在氩气保护下,钢锭下注铸锭工艺是降低锻造钢锭废品率的有效方法。 Abstract: In order to clarify the impact of bottom casting process on quality of steel ingot, slag samples before and after pouring were contrasted, and measured data such as composition variations of fire bricks in pouring system were analyzed. And then, it was pointed out that the pouring system of bottom casting process had minor impact on quality of molten steel, and bottom casting process was an effective method to reduce forging scrap of spindle parts under argon protection.
