摘要 煤矿机械长期在重载荷、潮湿、粉尘等恶劣环境下运行,其关键零部件容易产生疲劳裂纹、腐蚀等缺陷,直接影响煤矿安全生产。探讨了在役煤矿机械关键零部件超声检测的关键技术问题,针对铸造件、焊接件和锻造件的不同特点,提出了超声检测策略,对煤矿设备的预知维护和煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。 All kinds of colliery machinery undergo high stress for long term in moisture, dust circumstances, therefore fatigue cracks, corrosion and other defects occur easily that affects safe production in collieries. The key technical problems of ultrasonic testing for key components of colliery machinery in service were discussed. In addition, ultrasonic testing strategy was proposed aiming at the characteristics of casting parts, welding parts and forging parts. The study was significant for predictive maintenance of colliery machinery and safety production in collieries.
