摘要
根据2010年济南市区燃煤火电厂SO2、NOx排放清单以及新颁布的火电标准,测算了新标准实施后济南市区燃煤火电厂的SO2、NOx排放量,并利用CALPUFF模型模拟了新火电标准实施前后火电厂排放SO2、NOx的年均浓度变化。结果表明:现有的火电厂SO2、NOx排放总量将从2010年的13219.71t/年、15467.13t/年下降到消减后的6762.12t/年、7490.59t/年,火电厂排放在济南市区造成的SO2年均浓度将从1.94μg/m3下降到1.62μg/m3,下降比例为16.5%,造成的NOx年均浓度将从1.18μg/m3下降到0.87μg/m3,下降比例为26.27%;在济南市造成的SO2年均浓度将从1.025μg/m3下降到0.992μg/m3,下降比例达3.22%,造成的NOx年均浓度将从0.62μg/m3下降到0.54μg/m3,下降比例达12.9%,济南市区环境改善效果明显。
According to S02 and NOx emission inventory of the power plants in Jinan region and the new e- mission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants, this article calculates the SO2 and NOx emission amount after the new emission standard has been published,ans uses the air quality model of CAI.PUFF to simulate the annual concentration changes of sulfur oxygen and nitrogen oxides before and after publishing the new power plant air pollutant emission standard. The result show that the total emissions of SO2 and NOx decrease from 13219.71t/a, 15467.13t/a in 2010 to 6762. 12t/a, 7490.59t/a. As a result,the SO2 annual concentration in urban area caused by power plants decrease from 1. 94μg/m^3 to 1. 62μg/m^3, with the de- scend rate of 16.5% ,and decrease from 1. 025μg/m^3 to 0. 992μg/m^3 in Jinan region,with the descend rate of 3.22;the NOx annual concentration in urban area caused by power plants decrease from 1. 18μg/m^3 to 0. 87μg/m^3 ,with the descend rate of 26.27%,and decrease from 0.62μg/m^3 to 0.54μg/m^3 in Jinan region,with the descend rate of 12. 9. Therefore,the urban area of Jinan has obvious reduction amount.
