以TCS在包钢轨梁厂百米高速钢轨万能轧机自动辊缝调节中的应用为实例,介绍了TCS的组成、基本功能、通讯方式、硬件配置及软件实施方法,提出了通过对电液比例伺服阀的控制,来实现对液压缸的控制,进而通过对轧辊的控制来实现对辊缝的调节。
