浅析电子产品制造业中的库存管理

目前,库存问题己成为很多电子产品制造企业发展的瓶颈,研究电子产品制造企业库存管理具有非常重要的意义。库存问题的解决必须在全面库存控制思想的指导下,采用先进的信息技术、科学的仓储布局,合理的货位管理、先进的管理模式(ABC)、工业工程技术和现代库存管理方法从加强企业内部供应链涉及的各个供需环节的协调整合和企业间的协调整合方面进行系统的、全面的全过程的库存控制。本文就我国电子产品制造企业库存管理方面的问题进行探讨。

The inventory problem has become the bottleneck of the development of electronic products manufacturing enterprises now, so the research of inventory management in manufacturing enterprises is meaningful.To resolve the inventory problem, we must take the mind of comprehensive inventory control as our guide; use the advanced information technologies, scientific warehouse layout and reasonable cargo space management, advanced management models （such as ABC） , industrial engineering technologies and modern management methods.This paper has discussed the inventory management issues in our country＇ s electronic products manufacturing enterprises.
