摘要
目的:探讨激素替代疗法和参龙宁心胶囊联合综合护理干预措施对围绝经期妇女心血管疾病管理的效果及其临床应用价值。方法:将80例伴有心血管疾病的围绝经期妇女随机分为对照组和干预组各40例,对照组进行小剂量激素替代治疗,干预组在对照组的基础上采取参龙宁心胶囊联合综合护理的干预措施。检测治疗前后两组患者的生化指标,并观察其不良反应。结果:两组患者治疗后,血脂指标TG、TC、LDL-C和Lp(a)较治疗前均明显下降,APOA1和HDL-C较治疗前明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组与对照组相比,各项指标的变化更为显著,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:激素替代疗法和参龙宁心胶囊联合综合护理干预措施能够明显改善围绝经期妇女的血脂水平,预防血脂紊乱,发挥保护心血管系统的作用,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the effect of joint and comprehensive nursing and intervention of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) combined with Shenlong Ningxin capsule on management of cardiovascular diseases in perimenopausal women and the clinical appli- cation value. Methods: Eighty perimenopausal women with cardiovascular diseases were randomly divided into control group and interven- tion group, 40 women in each group, the women in control group were treated with low -dose HRT, while the women in intervention group were treated with comprehensive nursing and intervention of HRT combined with Shenlong Ningxin capsule. The biomarkers before and after treatment in the two groups were detected, and the adverse reactions were observed. Results: In the two groups, the levels of TG, TC, LDL- C, and Lp (a) after treatment were statistically significantly lower than those before treatment, APOA1 and HDL- C levels after treatment were statistically significantly higher than those before treatment (P 〈 0.05 ) . Compared with control group, the changes of bio- markers in intervention group were more obvious, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclu- sion : Comprehensive nursing and intervention of HRT combined with Shenlong Ningxin capsule can significantly improve blood lipids levels of perimenopausal women, prevent lipid disorders, and protect cardiovascular system, which is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
