摘要
目的:探讨输卵管吻合术后妊娠率与原绝育方法、部位、绝育年限及吻合术后输卵管长度的关系。方法:回顾性分析了2006年6月~2011年4月施行输卵管吻合术216例妇女的妊娠情况。结果:216例受术者中,妊娠184例,其中异位妊娠7例,自然流产16例,总妊娠率85.19%。吻合术后1年内妊娠率达79.30%。银夹和抽芯包埋法绝育吻合后妊娠率显著高于潘氏法(P<0.05);输卵管端端吻合,以峡-峡部妊娠率显著高于其它几个部位(P<0.05),吻合术后妊娠率与绝育年限长短无统计学相关性(P>0.05),吻合术后输卵管长度<5 cm者妊娠率明显低于>5 cm者(P<0.05)。结论:输卵管吻合术后妊娠率与原绝育方法、部位及吻合术后输卵管长度密切相关。
Objective: To explore the relationship between pregnancy rate after anastomosis of tube and sterilization method, steri- lization part, sterilization years, and tubal length after anastomosis of tube. Methods: The pregnancy outcomes of 216 women who under- went anastomosis of tube from June 2006 to April 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Among 126 women, 184 women got pregnan- cy, including 7 women got ectopic pregnancy, 16 women suffered from spontaneous abortion, the total pregnancy rate was 85.19%. The pregnancy rate was 79.30% at one year after anastomosis of tube. The pregnancy rates of women adopting silver clips and Irving method for sterilization were statistically significantly higher than that of women adopting Pomeroy method for sterilization (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; among the women adopting end to end anastomosis of tube, the pregnancy rate of women adopting isthmus to isthmus anastomosis of tube was statistically signifi- cantly higher than those of women adopting other positions ( P 〈 0. 05 ), there was no correlation between pregnancy rate after anastomosis of tube and sterilization years ( P 〉 0.05 ), the pregnancy rate of women whose length of tube after anastomosis was shorter than 5 cm was statis- tically signifieantly lower than that of women whose length of tube after anastomosis was longer than 5 cm ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: The pregnancy rate after anastomosis of tube is closely related to sterilization method, sterilization part, sterilization years, and tubal length after anastomosis of tube.
