宫颈癌植入缓释药物后盆腔淋巴结药物浓度的检测及意义

Detection of drug concentration in pelvic lymph nodes and the significance after implanted sustained-release drug in cases with cervical cancer

目的:检测宫颈植入缓释氟尿嘧啶后17、18天盆腔淋巴结药物浓度及临床意义。方法:选择2006年11月～2007年5月在吉林省肿瘤医院收治的初治宫颈癌患者共3例,临床分期为Ⅰb1～Ⅰb2期,给予宫颈植入氟尿嘧啶缓释剂500 mg,同时全身静脉化疗,采用FP方案,即:氟尿嘧啶750 mg/m2静点第1～5天,持续静点>8 h/d,顺铂20/m2静点第1～3天。于治疗开始后第17、18天行宫颈癌根治术,盆腔淋巴结清扫术,检测盆腔淋巴结组织中氟尿嘧啶药物浓度。结果:宫颈植入氟尿嘧啶后17、18天盆腔淋巴结药物浓度平均值为0.52μg/g。结论:宫颈植入氟尿嘧啶缓释剂后17、18天盆腔淋巴结组织中药物浓度平均值为0.52μg/g,在氟尿嘧啶药物治疗有效浓度以上。

Objective： To detect the drug concentrations in pelvic lymph nodes at 17 and 18 days after implanted sustained -re- lease fluorouracil in cervix, and explore the clinical significance. Methods： Three palients with cervical cancer who received initial treat- ment in the hospital from November 2006 to May 2007 were selected, the clinical stages were I b1 - Ib2; the three patients were treated with implanted sustained- release fluorouracil （500 rag） in cervix and systelaatic intravenous ehemotherapy with FP regimen （intravennus drip of 750 mg/m2 fluorouraeil from the first day to the fifth clay, the durati^ul time of intravenous drip 〉 8 hours per day, intravenous drip of 20/m2 cisplatin from the first day to the third clay） . Radical hysterectomy of cervical cancer and pelvic lymph node dissection were conduc- ted at 17 and 18 clays after treatment, the drug concentration of fluorouraeil i. pelvic lymph nodes was detected. Results： The mean value of drug concentration of fluorouracil in pelvic lymph nodes at 17 and 18 days after Ireatment was 0. 52 μg/g. Conclusion： The mean value of drug concentration of fluorouracil in pelvic： lymph nodes at 17 and 18 clays after treatment was 0. 52 μg/g, which was higher than effective concentration of fluorouraeil drug therapy.
