无巩膜瓣无线结经巩膜缝线固定人工晶状体植入术临床探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价无巩膜瓣无线结经巩膜缝线固定后房型人工晶状体。方法采用一次性1ml针头引线于2,8点位角膜缘后1mm进入眼内,对39例(40眼)采用无巩膜瓣无线结经巩膜后房型人工晶状体缝线固定术并进行随访。结果随访3~48个月,平均(22.3±6.1)月,最低矫正视力0.08,最佳矫正视力1.0,视力在0.5以上者24眼(60%),人工晶状体位置均正,无术中、术后严重并发症发生。结论无巩膜瓣无线结经巩膜后房人工晶状体植入术是无后囊眼或囊不足以支撑人工晶状体眼的手术首选。手术切口小,无需制作巩膜瓣,无需打结,降低了手术风险,提高了术后效果及患者舒适度。 Objective To evaluate fixation of posterior chamber intraocular lens through sclera (PC-IOL) with no sclera flap and no knot. Methods A disposable 1 ml syringe needle as a seeker at 2, 8 clock point 1 mm away from corneal limbus entered eyeball. 39 cases (40 eyes) underwent the PC-IOL im- plantation fixation with transseleral sulcus suture with non-scleral flap, non-knot were followed. Results Patients were followed up for 3 to 48 months, an average of (22.3 ±6.1 ) months. The best corrected vision was 1.0, and the worst corrected vision was 0.08. Vision was ≥0.5 in 24 eyes(60% ). There was no any case with oblique IOL and other intraoperative or postoperative complication. Conclusion PC-IOL implan- tation fixation with transscleral suleus suture with non-scleral flap , non-knot is a preferred surgery for pa- tients without the post-capsular support. With small incision, non-seleral flap , non-knot, It can reduce op- eration difficulty and increase postoperative effect and patient satisfaction.
