应用23G玻璃体切除手术治疗视网膜前出血和内界膜下出血

Application of 23G vitrectomy for preretinal hemorrhage and sub-inner limiting membrane hemor- rhage

目的观察23G玻璃体切除手术在治疗视网膜前出血和内界膜下出血中的应用。方法回顾分析9例（9眼）23G玻璃体切除手术治疗的视网膜前出血和内界膜下出血患者临床资料。结果9例视网膜前出血和内界膜下出血均被清除，视力提高。结论23G玻璃体切除手术治疗视网膜前出血和内界膜下出血安全、有效，手术并发症少、视力恢复快。

Objective To observe the application of 23-gauge vitrectomy in treating preretinal hem- orrhage and inner limiting membrane hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 23-gauge vitrectomy for treatment of preretinal hemorrhage and inner limiting membrane hemorrhage in 9 cases （9 eyes） were ana- lysed. Results The preretinal hemorrhage and inner limiting membrane hemorrhage were cleared in 9 ca- ses,and visual acuity improved. Conclusion 23-gauge transconjunctival vitrectomy is a safe and effective surgical procedure for preretinal hemorrhage and inner limiting membrane hemorrhage with quick recovery and less complication.
