摘要
按比例安排残疾人就业,是现代社会促进残疾人就业的有效途径。文章利用聚类分析方法对我国按比例安排残疾人就业的地区差异进行了深入分析,发现可将我国内地31个省市分为三大类,各类之间存在显著差异。而地区生产总值、按比例安排残疾人就业政策差异以及地区间的残疾人受教育水平不同是影响按比例安排残疾人就业地区差异的重要因素。
Quota scheme employment of disabled person is the effective way to promote the employment of persons with disabili- ties in modern society. This paper used the method of cluster analysis to analyze the influence factor of quota scheme employ- ment of disabled persons in China. It found out that the 31 provinces and cities in China can be divided into three categories which had significant differences. And GDP, policy differences and different levels of education of disabled people were the main factors that influence the regional difference of quota scheme employment.
