国内外迪士尼乐园研究述评及对上海的启示

The Review on Foreign and Domestic Research on Disneyland and it's Implication to Shanghai City

随着上海迪士尼乐园的开工建设,国内学术界又掀开了新一轮的研究热潮。从国外文献收集来看,国外学者对迪士尼乐园研究较为全面和深入,从历史学、社会学、文化学视角开始,研究主要涉及到迪士尼的发展历史、社会内涵及其反映的意识形态、文化扩张及其本土化问题、区域影响及其定价策略、商业模式及其管理经验等等。从国内文献整理来看,国内学者对迪士尼乐园研究起步较晚,大多从经济学、管理学视角切入,研究关注点主要包括迪士尼乐园的选址问题、海外拓展的经验与教训、经营管理的理念与模式、营销策略与模式、落户上海的相关影响以及对我国主题公园的借鉴与启示等等。与国外研究相比,未来国内研究也将呈现三种趋向:一是倾向微观问题的研究,二是注重社会文化学的视角,三是引入更多的定量化研究方法。

Along with the construction of Disneyland in Shanghai, domestic scholars restart a new boom of Disneyland re- search. From the collection of foreign literature, foreign scholars＇ researches on Disneyland were more comprehensive and profounder, which begin fron, the view of history, sociology and culture. These researches mainly included the history of Disney＇ s develcipment, social connotations and reflective ideology, culture expansion and localization problem, regional inllu- e.nee and pricing policy, business model and managing experiences and so on. From the collection of domestic documents, domestic scholars＇ researches on Disneyland started recently and most of them were from the perspective of economics and management. These researches focus on Disney＇ site selection, the experience and lessons of overseas development, the conception and models of management, marketing strategies and patterns, the relevant influence of Shanghai Disneyland, the implication to Chinese theme pro＇ks, and so on. Compared with the foreign researches, the domestic researches will present three trends in the future, as following, firstly, they will tend to research on microcosmic problems. Secondly, they will pay more attention on the views of sociology and culture. Finally, they will use more quantitative methods.
