摘要
深圳机场T3航站楼异形金属屋面的非天窗区域采用硬泡聚氨酯与聚脲弹性涂料作为防水层,屋面周边设天沟、虹吸式排水系统;本文对3万多个天窗防水的细部节点施工工艺作了重点阐述;攻克了聚脲与不同材质粘结的难题,优选了施工方案,满足了工程对防水的苛刻要求。
Rigid polyurethane foam and polyurea elastomeric coating are used as the waterproofing layer of the non-skylight area of the metal roof of T3 tennianl of Shenzhen Airport. The gutter and siphonic drainage system are set around the roof. The paper describes the detail waterproofing construction process of more than 30,000 skylight, the solution of the bonding between polyurea and different materials, and the optimizing of construction schemes, which meets the strict demands of the project.
