舞蹈-棘红细胞增多症1例临床护理体会 被引量：2

摘要 神经棘红细胞增多症（NA）或棘红细胞增多,又称Bassem-Kornzweig综合征、Levine-Critchley综合征,为一种独立的锥体外系疾病。NA的主要缺陷是血中β脂蛋白减少或缺乏,是较罕见的遗传性疾病,故又称无β-脂蛋白血症。临床上主要表现为进行性舞蹈样不自主运动、抽搐、呐吃、
