血同型半胱氨酸水平与脑梗死、颈动脉粥样硬化相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 脑梗死(cerebral infarction)是临床常见病之一,其主要病因为动脉粥样硬化。近年来,高同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)血症致动脉粥样硬化引起脑梗死的发生得到高度的关注。本研究对脑梗死患者进行血清HCY测定及颈动脉B超检查,探讨HCY与脑梗死、颈动脉粥样硬化的关系及临床意义。
