针刺治疗卒中后抑郁的疗效评价

Therapeutic Evaluation of Post-stroke Depression Treated By Acupuncture

目的:评价针刺对卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:对符合卒中后抑郁症(post-stroke depression,PSD)诊断标准的90例患者随机分为试验组(针刺神庭、本神、八脉交会穴等+常规治疗原发病)和对照组(仅常规治疗原发病),试验组45例,对照组45例,疗程2周;记录患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)总分、总分减分率及因子分。结果:本针刺方法治疗卒中后抑郁疗效确切,能明显的减轻PSD的严重程度,对焦虑/躯体化、认识障碍、阻滞、睡眠障碍因子方面均有较好的疗效。认识障碍因子方面,针刺组与对照组治疗后组间比较得出的阴性结论表示认识障碍可能更多的与疾病的预后相关,而不全是针刺治疗结果。结论:本针刺方法治疗PSD疗效确切。

Objective： To evaluate clinical curative effect on treating post-stroke depression with acupuncture . Methods： 90 patients who coincided with the diagnostic criteria and inclusive criteria of post-stroke depression were randomly classified into two groups. 45 patients in control group were treated with routine methods for two weeks, other 45 patients in experimental group were treated with acupuncture and routine methods. In this period their total score of Hamilton depressive scale, score reduction rate and factor scores were recorded. Results ： Acupuncture can significantly reduce the severity of PSD. Conclusion ： Acupunc- ture is an effective way to treat post-stroke depression.
