摘要 以天然气加热炉管为研究对象,针对含缺陷管道剩余寿命预测问题,分别基于ASME-B31G准则和有限元分析、优化设计理论,建立了计算含腐蚀缺陷管道剩余寿命的方法,根据天然气加热炉管的检测数据,应用建立的两种计算方法对天然气加热炉管剩余寿命进行了预测计算,并对两种剩余寿命预测方法、预测结果进行了讨论分析。 To predicate the residual life-span of heater tubes in natural gas recovery plant, two methods to calculate residual life-span for piping containing corrosion defects were established based on ASME-B31G code and FEM optimum design, according to the corrosion state and the inspecting results of the heater tube, the residual life-span of heater tubes were calculated with the methods. Finely, compare analysis and discussions of two methods were made.
