摘要
采用流固耦合分析方法,研究了单根U形管共振特性及影响因素,并结合GB 151—1999《管壳式换热器》中的经验公式对ANSYS计算结果进行了验证。此外,针对单排U形管束,分析了节径比对于管束共振特性的影响,得出了调整U形管束共振频率、避免共振产生的有效方法。
Based on the method of fluid-structure coupling, resonance characteristics of single U- tube were researched. And the result was verified by the empirical formula in GB 151--1999"Tu- bular Heat Exchangers". For the single row of U-tube bundle, the influence of section diameter ratio on resonance characteristics of tube bundle was analyzed. At last, effective methods of ad- justing resonance frequency and avoiding resonance were obtained.
