摘要
针对目前国内重整装置生成油中氯含量超标造成的下游设备腐蚀堵塞问题,结合庆阳石化公司60万t/a催化重整装置液相脱氯技术的工程设计和应用情况,对重整生成油液相脱氯技术的设计要点进行了介绍,以期为炼油厂解决氯腐蚀问题、消除安全隐患、长周期生产提供借鉴。
The introduction is made for the design and application of reformate liquid chloride ad sorption technology in 600 kt/a catalylic reforming unit in Qingyang Petrochemical Company which provides good means to solve reformate chloride corrosion and iam. It is important to refin cries that eliminate danger and meet long-term operation.
