摘要
大庆石化公司化工三厂ABS装置造粒单元挤出机TSC型换网器采用液压驱动方式手动换网。换网前需先停车，换网后重新拉条开车。为减少换网过程中产生的损失和劳动强度，提高设备运行周期和自动化程度，实现不停车在线换网对换网器进行了国产化改造，效果良好。
The ABS unit extruder type TSC manual screen changer using hydraulic device was a- dopted in the 3rd Plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company Chemical. Firstly, the unit was shut down and then started to extrude. In order to reduce operation loss and decrease labor density during screen changing to increase operation duration and automation, the homemade screen changer has been improve quite well with good effect.
