摘要
分别以硅溶胶、气相SiO2、介孔SBA-15分子筛为载体,采用共沉淀法制备了Cu/SiO2催化剂,含活性组分Cu质量分数为25%。运用BET、XRD、H2-TPR、NH3-TPD等对催化剂进行表征。结果表明:以硅溶胶和气相SiO2为载体制得催化剂的Cu物种分散性较差,以SBA-15为载体制得催化剂的Cu物种以高度分散的形式存在,且具有较大的比表面积,较低的还原温度和较大的酸量。
Using silica sol,fumed silica or mesoporous SBA-15 molecular sieve as the support,Cu/SiO2 catalysts whose mass fraction of active component Cu is 25% were prepared by coprecipitation method.The catalysts were characterized by BET,XRD,H2-TPR and NH3-TPD.The results indicate that the dispersion of the copper species of catalysts supported on silicon sol and fumed silica is poor;the dispersion of the copper species of catalyst supported on SBA-15 is better,and the catalyst has bigger specific surface area,lower reduction temperature and larger acid quantity.
