摘要
以4-硝基苯胺、3-溴丙炔等为原料,通过Williamson醚合成法和重氮盐偶联法,以较高产率合成出了合成了一种含末端单炔的4-硝基偶氮苯化合物,并利用FT-IR、1H NMR对其结构进行表征。这种末端单炔偶氮苯化合物可以作为"点击化学"反应的原料,以赋予点击产物特殊性能。
A kind of 4-nitro-azobenzene compound with terminal acetylene was prepared from 4-nitroaniline and 3-bromo-1-propyne by Williamson method and diazonium salt coupling reaction,and the total yield was high.Its structure was characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR.This azobenzene compound with terminal acetylene can be used as the monomer of "click chemistry" reaction,and the prepared product will be given special performance.
