摘要
北京北化院燕山分院自主研发的乙烯三聚制1-己烯技术在燕山石化化工八厂成功实现工业化,1-己烯产品投放市场后,产生了显著的经济和社会效益。但1-己烯产品中氯化物含量偏高(大于30μg/g),不能满足部分用户要求。采用多种方法进行了氯化物的脱除实验,包括优化催化剂组分、与活泼金属反应、物理吸附等。结果表明,用六氯乙烷代替原催化剂组分之一的四氯乙烷使1-己烯产品中总氯含量降至1μg/g以下,能够满足用户要求。
The technology of ethylene trimerization to 1-hexene was industrialized in Yanshan petrochemical company,the technology was developed by Yanshan branch of Beijing research institute of chemical industry.The 1-hexene products produced remarkable economic and social benefits.However,the content of chlorides in 1-hexene was high(more than 30 μg/g) which couldn't meet users' requirement.In this paper,some methods were used to remove chlorides in 1-hexene,such as optimizing catalyst components,reacting with active metal,physical adsorption and so on.The results show that using perchloroethane as one of four catalyst components instead of chloroethane can make chlorine content in 1-hexene drop to below 1 μg/g which may meet the needs of customers.
