摘要
系统分析了弱电解质水溶液NH3-CO2-H2S-H2O四元体系汽液平衡理论,建立了本体系汽液相平衡计算模型,为炼油厂酸性水储罐小呼吸排放气量的计算提供了依据。并在此基础上,研究了弱电解质溶液中组分浓度、H2S/NH3摩尔比和温度对酸性水溶液NH3-H2S-H2O-空气平衡体系的影响,研究表明弱电解质溶液中组分浓度和H2S/NH3摩尔比的增加以及温度的升高,均能导致体系汽相分压增加,增大酸性气体排放量。
The vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) of NH3-CO2-H2S-H2O system was analyzed comprehensively.The calculating model for the vapor-liquid equilibrium was established,which can provide a base for calculating the small breathing emission from sour water tanks in the refinery.Based on the model,effects of concentration of weak electrolyte,H2S/NH3 molar ratio and temperature on the VLE of NH3-H2S-H2O system were investigated.Results indicate that the increase of the concentration of weak electrolyte,H2S/NH3 molar ratio and temperature can all contribute to the increase of the vapor pressure,thus promote the emission of sour gas.
