摘要
三通管在工业中使用很普遍,随着工业的不断发展,三通管受到的冲刷腐蚀也越来越严重。根据流体流动的基本规律,建立了冲刷腐蚀的数学模型,运用SIMPLE算法求解方程组。研究结果表明:三通管出口段壁面受到了流体的冲刷腐蚀,最严重的部位在出口段管中心左右0.03 m处,此处受到的剪切应力最大。流体的流体力学因素对管道冲刷腐蚀也有影响,入口流速和流体粘度越大,冲刷腐蚀越严重,出口段管的直径越大,冲刷腐蚀越轻,含气量对冲刷腐蚀的影响是先变大,后变小。
The three-way pipe is very common in industry.With the rapid development of industry,effect of erosion-corrosion on three-way pipes is more and more serious.In this paper,according to the law of fluid flow,the mathematical model of erosion-corrosion was established,and SIMPLE algorithm was used to solve the equation.The results show that: exit wall of the three-way pipe is easily damaged by the erosion-corrosion.The worst part where the shear stress is maximal is near to center of three-way pipe exit.Fluid hydrodynamic factors also affect the erosion-corrosion.The effect of erosion-corrosion increases with increasing of inlet flow rate and fluid viscosity,and decreases with increasing of exit pipe diameter.The effect of erosion-corrosion increases firstly and then decreases with increasing of gas content.
