摘要
填充油是橡胶生产过程中的主要原料之一,可以改善橡胶的塑性,降低橡胶的黏度和混炼温度,并降低橡胶的生产成本。介绍了橡胶填充油的生产工艺以及国内外的生产情况,以及橡胶填充油的几种限制要求,对橡胶填充油的发展前景进行了展望,并对其发展方向提出了建议。
Filling oil is one of main raw materials in rubber production process.It can improve the plastic property of rubber,reduce the viscosity and mixing temperature of rubber,and reduce the production cost of rubber.In this paper,production technologies and production status of the rubber filling oil at home and abroad were introduced as well as several limit demands of the rubber filling oil,development prospect of the rubber filling oil was discussed,and some suggestions for its developing direction were put forward.
