摘要
针对环氧乙烷/乙二醇(EO/EG)装置乙二醇产品UV值经常出现波动的情况,围绕影响乙二醇不同波长UV值的因素及产生途经展开分析,查清了主要因素有溶解氧、高pH值、醛类含量高、温度、碳粉等颗粒、氮基杂质等。通过采取减少杂质产生、增加杂质脱除量、优化系统pH和乙二醇精制塔操作、清再沸器等改善措施,取得了良好的效果。
Ultraviolet transmittance（UV） of glycol product from ethylene oxide / ethylene glycol（EO/EG）unit often appears fluctuation,main reasons to cause the result have been analyzed,such as existing dissolved oxygen,high pH,high aldehydes content,high temperature,existing particle materials and nitrogen impurity,and so on.Some measures were put forward,such as removing impurities,optimizing system pH and MEG refining tower operation,clearing reboiler and so on.
