Fitting Problems of Side Plate and Steel Ring in Tire Mold Processing and Solutions

子午线轮胎模具在机械加工过程中经常会出现胎侧板与钢圈配合不好的现象,而且加工的尺寸和公差配合也产生各种不同的问题。针对以上在加工中出现的问题,提出几种解决的方法和设想,一方面为了便于生产厂家对产品的修理,避免不必要的浪费;另一方面提出设想,让轮胎生产厂家与模具生产厂家参考,从设计上规避这种问题的产生。

At times the side plate of meridian tire mold can＇t well fit the steel ring in the machining process,and there are many problems in the cooperation of machining dimension and tolerance.In view of above problems,some solution methods and ideas were put forward,which can provide some references for tire manufacturers and mould manufacturers.
