摘要
采用五氟苯甲酸为原料依次经过酰氯化、酰胺化、氯化、醚化四步,以较高的收率得到氟醚菌酰胺,合成总收率达到72%,目标化合物纯度达到95%。
Using pentafluorobenzoic acid as a raw material, passing through chloroformylafion, amidation, chlorination and etherification four steps, at a high yield to obtain fluoride ether bacteria amide, the total synthesis yield reached to 72%, and the purity of the target compound reached to 95%.
