JN-2降黏剂对绥中36-1原油降黏的室内实验研究

Experimental Research of JN-2 Viscosity Reducer on SZ36-1 Oil Field

绥中36-1油田原油黏度高、沥青质、胶质含量高,属于重质稠油。针对绥中36-1原油的特点,经过分析,优选降黏剂,并考察了温度、添加量、矿化度等因素对原油黏度的影响。实验结果表明,JN-2降黏剂对绥中36-1原油具有很好的乳化降黏性,并且乳液稳定性好。

The oil viscosity, asphalt, colloid content of SZ36 -1 oil field is high, it belongs to heavy thick oil. To select viscosity reducer, SZ36 -1 oil characteristics was analyzed. The performance of viscosity reducer was evaluated through temperature, additives, salinity etc. The result showed that JN - 2 viscosity reducer had good emulsion viscosity, and exhibited good stability of emulsion.
