摘要
阐述了延迟焦化装置分馏塔在运行过程中出现了结盐现象,对结盐现象的原因进行了分析,并提出了在线水洗的处理方法,同时提出了避免分馏塔结盐的预防措施,较好的解决了实际问题。
Phenomenon of salt coagulation in fractionating column of the delayed coking unit during operation was expounded, and the reason of salt coagulation was analyzed. The sceme of online water - washing was presented, and the corresponding preventing measures were set down. The above measures solved the problem of salt coagulation.
