《难经》论针刺补泻

Discussing the Reinforcing and Reducing Methods in Acupuncture of Nan Jing

《难经》的针刺补泻主要是通过母子补泻法、泻南补北法、刺井泻荥法等配穴法与迎随补泻法、营卫补泻法等刺法的不同组合来实现。在针刺补泻时须注意顺应四时、双手配合、侯气以及评价补泻效应等。

The reinforcing and reducing methods of acupuncture in Nan Jing mainly have been fulfilled through various combinations of points association,such as mother reinforcing and reducing method,reducing south and reinforcing north method,puncturing Jing and reducing Ying method etc.,and acupuncture manipulation,such as reinforcing and reducing along against channel,Ying and Wei reinforcing and reducing method etc.The method of reinforcing and reducing in acupuncture must be noted that conform to four seasons,work in both hands,Hou Qi and evaluation of reinforcing and reducing effect etc.
