补肾疏肝法在围绝经期乳腺增生病中的临床研究

Clinical Research on Perimenopausal Mammary Hyperplasia with Invigorate the Kidney and Dreding Liver Method

目的:观察补肾疏肝法在围绝经期乳腺增生病中的临床疗效及探讨其作用机理。方法:以健乳方为治疗组、乳癖消片为对照组分别治疗乳腺增生病48例,共治疗2个月,比较两组临床疗效,记录两组治疗前后围绝经期相关症状变化情况,并分别在治疗前后于月经周期第21天测量血清雌激素、孕激素水平。结果:治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,围绝经期相关症状缓解率明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后孕激素有明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:补肾疏肝法治疗围绝经期乳腺增生病疗效确切并能有效改善围绝经期相关症状,其作用机制可能与调整患者体内性激素水平有关。

To explore the clinical effect and its mechanism of invigorate the kidney and dreding liver method in treatment of perimenopausal mammary hyperplasia.Methods：48 cases of mammary hyperplasia in the treatment group with Jianru Recipe and 48 cases in the control group were treated with Rupixiao Pill.The treatment couse lasted for 2 months.Clinical effect were evaluated.Perimenopausal symptoms before and after treatment were recorded and compared,serum estradiol and progestogen levels on the 21th day of menses period before and after treatment.Results：The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（P0.05）;the remission rate of perimenopausal symptoms in the treatment group was clear higher than control group（P0.01）;after treatment the progstogen level significantly increased in treatment group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Invigorate the kidney and dreding liver method definitely has effective on perimenopausal mammary hyperplasia and the perimenopausal symptoms can be remedied after treatment,this method is exerted possibly via influencing level of sex hormones.
