通过核电常规岛低压加热器的研制,阐述了低压加热器管箱、管束、壳体及总装在制造过程中的关键工序及制造难点,并解决了低加管孔加工、管端胀焊、管束与壳体套装等工艺难题。

By means of the research and manufacturing of Nuclear conventional Island LP Heater, the article introduces the key processes and manufacturing difficulties of water chamber, tube bundle, shell and general assembly of LP Heater during the course of manufacture, and offers solutions of a series of technology problems, such as tube plate drilling, tube expanding, the assembling of tube nest to the shell etc.
