Simulation Analysis and Comparison of Preloading for Rhombic Hanging Basket

运用有限元软件建立菱形挂篮的模型,计算分析3种常见菱形挂篮的预压方案,分析3种预压方法的优缺点,讨论了梁段重量在挂篮底模上分布的计算方法,以及张拉钢绞线预压方案中张拉位置和张拉力的确定方法,为挂篮预压试验方法提供一定理论依据。

Three familiar preloading experiment schemes of rhombic hanging basket were simulated with finite element method. Based on the result of simulation, advantages and disadvantages of those three schemes were analyzed and compared. Calculation method of girder weight loading on the bottom mould was discussed, and the method of determining tensioning position and tensioning force in steel spiral rope preloading experiment was brought forward. Theoretical foundation of preloading experiment scheme of rhombic hanging basket was provided.
