使用可赛新TS系列工业用耐磨修补剂进行南水北调刘老涧站2#机组汽蚀部位磨损的修复,修补剂以金属碳化物及超硬陶瓷为骨材的耐磨复合材料,有效提高耐磨涂层与叶轮外壳基材的结合强度,并保持材料表面良好的耐磨性与抗汽蚀性能,具有强度高、耐磨性好、施工操作简便以及投资少等优点。

We use KeSai TS series, Industrial wear-resisting healant, to repair the cavitation in Liulaojian station NO.2 Unit of South-to-North water Diversion project This lealant is one kind of componsite material mainly contain metallic carbide and super hard ceramic. The repair methods can effectively improve the wear resistant between coating and impeller shell base material of bonding strength, and keep good function on material surface like good abrasion resistance, abrasion resistance, anti cavitation performance, high strength, convenient operation construction and less investment etc.
