Deep Reform of Electric Power Coal Market to Improve Scientific Level of Coal Industry Development

回顾了我国煤炭市场化改革历程,分析了国务院办公厅《关于深化电煤市场化改革的指导意见》的精神实质;指出,煤炭行业既要科学分析当前煤炭经济运行趋势,又要研究煤炭工业中长期发展战略问题,而且要立足当前,放眼长远,积极应对,为提升煤炭工业发展科学化水平提供支撑。

The paper reviewed the coal market reform course in China and analyzed the spirit substances of ＂the Guide Com- ments on Deep Market Reform of Electric Power Coal＂ issued by General Office of the State Council. Meanwhile the paper pointed out that the coal industry should not only analyze the present coal economic operation tendency, but should study the medium and long term development strategy issues of the coal industry. The coal industry should be standing at present with a long view and actively handling to provide the support to the upgrading of the scientific level of the coal industry develop- ment.
