结合调研分析了我国煤炭交易市场体系发展现状,针对我国煤炭交易市场体系存在资信不高、交易方式及市场秩序不规范等问题,提出应成立专家委员会指导煤炭交易市场体系建设,出台行业标准规范市场行为,帮助各交易市场走合作化发展的道路等对策和建议。

In combination with the investigation, the paper analyzed the development status of China coal trading market system. According to the not high credit, trading methods, abnormal market order and other problems exist- ed in China coal trading system, an establishment of an expert committee was proposed to guide the building of the coal trading market system, to issue the market behaviors of the industrial standard and code and to assist the route, countermeasures and proposals for the cooperated development of each trading market.
