Study on Operation Capacity of Coal Logistic Enterprise

煤炭从资源端向市场端的大规模流动,推动着煤炭物流从传统物流向现代物流方式转变,同时对煤炭物流企业的运营能力提出了更高的要求。为了提高煤炭物流企业运行效率和绩效,在分析煤炭物流企业的发展路径、现状和趋势的基础上,探讨了网络构建能力、资源掌控能力、节点建设能力、煤炭储配能力、运力整合能力和服务创新能力的构建措施。

A large scale coal flow from the resource terminal to market terminal is pushing the coal logistic transformation from traditional logistic to the modern logistic mode and meanwhile a higher requirement was provided on the operation capaci- ty of the coal logistic enterprise. In order to improve the operation efficiency and performances of the coal logistic enterprise, base on the analysis on the development access, present status and tendency of the coal logistic enterprise, the paper dis- cussed the network establishment capacity, resources holding and control capacity, node construction capacity, coal storage and distribution capacity, transportation integration capacity and service innovation capacity establishment measures.
