介绍了煤炭企业供应链系统中可能存在的风险,分析了这些风险的可控性及不可控性因素,并根据各类风险类型从企业层面和业务层面制定了防范措施。
The paper introduced the risks possibly existed in the supply chain system of the coal industry and analyzed the controllability and non-controllability of these risks. According to each type risk, the prevention measures were provided from the company level and the business level.
